Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for conducting research in the areas of child protection and child sexual abuse in co-ordination with the senior leadership team in Prerana. Candidate will work closely with a noted academician and senior research in the field of child rights and anti-human trafficking. Position requires extensive travel across the state of Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
- Contribution in design, planning and execution of the research
- Undertake Research across the State of Maharashtra
- Assisting Senior Leadership in preparing the Final Report
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to Communicate with Various Stakeholders in Marathi, Hindi, English
- Sound knowledge of research methodology
- Basic Understanding of child rights and child protection
- Ability to summarize and present data and analyze basic trends
- Sensitivity to ground realities while working with government agencies and beneficiaries.
Education and Experience
- Post graduate degree in Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, Rural Development or closely related field.
- Strong Foundation in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- The Ideal candidate must possess 0 – 3 years of experience.
