Multi-Stakeholder Meeting on The Roles and Functions of Support Person

On 15th March 2019, Prerana in partnership with UNICEF cordially invites you to a Multi-Stakeholder Meeting on the provision of Support Person under the Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The meeting aims to:

a) Understand the Roles & Functions of the Support Person as laid down by the National Commission of Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) and Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD).

b) Highlight the best practices of working on-ground as Support Persons.

c)  Comprehend inter-linkages between cases of child sexual offenses and commercial sexual exploitation of children.

We look forward to you sharing your experiences, points of view and enriching the ensuring discussions.
