3 New Job Openings @ Aarambh India: Research Officer & Research Assistant

We are looking to appoint 1 Senior Research Officer & 2 Research Assistants to work on a project that seeks to understand the impact of the internet on the lives of children belonging to marginalized communities particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pandemic & lockdown have clearly brought out the dynamic, evolving nature of the issue of internet safety as well as the stark (digital) divides it plays across. While some children made arguably successful transitions to online learning, some have had their education disrupted. While some leveraged the opportunities present in this fraught scenario, several had to struggle through a multitude of online risks. The issue is multi-dimensional and indicators like gender, class, caste, sexuality & religion have a role to play in endangerment of children on the internet. This study aims to create insight that can inform urgent interventions and social change.
